Hi! Yes you can use any other berry! This was Christmas recipe so I wanted the filling to recipe cranberry jam at christmastime but you can skip it all together if you’d prefer! Tom

Thanks for this interesting recipe! Just a question. Is there something else I could use instead of cranberries? Am not good with those. I thought of apricots but those don’t agree with me either. How about berries? Anything else? Thanks.
